We have melamine panels in all the common colors, White, ware white, Black, Almond, Grey, Hardrock Maple and wood grains.
These type of Panels are commonly used in furniture and cabinets as they are highly resistant to moisture, stain, soiling and scuffing and have superior durability and wear resistance. Consequently, many garage workshops have Melamine panel cabinets which are also found in many kitchens, bathrooms, inside closet storage areas and other high profile applications that require strong scratch resistance. Many panels are used for desks, shelves, cabinets and in other places in large Health Maintenance Organizations.

Disadvantages of Melamine

As with almost anything, there are also disadvantages. Such is the case with melamine. For example, while the material itself is waterproof, if water penetrates into the particleboard underneath, it could cause the melamine to warp. Another potential disadvantage comes from improper installation. While melamine is very sturdy, if not installed correctly, the particleboard substrate can sustain damage and cause the melamine to chip. Since melamine board edges are unfinished, melamine will require an edgebanding to cover the edges.

Uses of Melamine Board

Now the big question is, “What is melamine board used for?” Melamine board is often used in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for its durability. It works well for shelving as well as display counters, office furniture, whiteboards, even flooring.
Because melamine can give otherwise lower-quality materials an attractive and durable finish, it’s become quite popular as a building material. When working with a budget, melamine board offers a great wallet-friendly solution to solid wood.

Product Advantages

Plywood has natural defects such as light weight, clear texture, improved natural wood knots, small size, small deformation, and large mechanical difference between vertical and horizontal. 2. The plywood has high structural strength, good bending resistance, good moisture resistance, not easy to crack and deform, low requirements on processing equipment, and convenient construction. 3. The special structure of plywood has good moisture resistance, small shrinkage and expansion system, not easy to warp and deform, and can adapt to humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms. 4. Plywood is close to solid wood, and the price is much lower than solid wood. The price is affordable. It is a high-quality board for making furniture.
